Reckle lets someone ask their friends for a recommendation over text message, and lets those friends respond without creating an account. Reckle is operated by Heard Mentality, Inc. By using Reckle, you agree to the terms below.

SMS Program Terms

• Program name: Reckle. Reckle sends login codes you request for your own number, a text when a personal contact of yours requests your recommendation through Reckle, and at most one follow-up text if that recommendation is later marked as used. See SMS Opt-In & Messaging for how you opt in.
• You can answer by replying to the text with your recommendation. If you do, you'll get one confirmation text back.
• Message frequency varies, typically a message or two per request.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out of future messages. You'll receive one confirmation and no further texts; reply START to resubscribe.
• Reply HELP for help, or email support@getreckle.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent

A Reckle user (the "asker") enters phone numbers of their own personal contacts to request a recommendation on their behalf. Before any text is sent, the asker must tick an unchecked-by-default checkbox confirming each number belongs to someone they know personally who has agreed to receive this request. Anyone texted can reply STOP at any time, and Reckle will never text that number again. This is not a marketing list. No number is added except when a personal contact directly requests it.

No warranty

Reckle is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, as a simple utility for sharing recommendations among friends.
